Established non- bank company in Japan that offers financial service to your payments, loans and give convenient options. Considered as one of the biggest and largest non-bank company in Japan. and is now expanding their service here in the Philippines.
Position: General Sales and Marketing Manager
Industry: Financial Company
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Set up: Work on Site
Salary: Php 150,000- Php 250,000
Work Schedule: Weekends Off - 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any course.
✅ At least 12-15 years of experience in Financial Industry.
✅ With at least 8-10 years work experience as senior management role in Auto lending or similar financial product.
✅ Amenable to work on site.
✅ Amenable to attend face to face interviews.
Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
✅ Analyze data to offer actionable insights to senior management.
✅Build and manage a network of car dealers and agents, implementing a robust accreditation process.
✅Develop local market strategies to increase auto loan sales, maintain relationships with car dealerships, and create a pipeline of potential clients.
✅Recruit, train, and manage sales and marketing teams, focusing on performance and professional development to meet sales objectives.
