Position: Spanish General Accountant
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Negotiable
Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up
Languages: Spanish and English
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipino who can speak Spanish and English, written and oral communication skills
➤Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, including Oracle and SAP.
➤Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related field.
➤Open to BPO industry under Financial Account, Collection or any related job
➤At least 1 years of work experience in general accounting, majority of which should be in General ➤Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and internal control procedures
➤Solid understanding of internal control and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Report to management regarding financial activity of the company
➤Validating the accuracy of cash transactions, verify discrepancies, and resolve reconciling transactions.
➤Analyze financial statements and reports and provide financial, business and tax advice
➤Generating reports and performing analysis of accounts to resolve potential misrecording of transactions before finalisation of financials.
➤Perform Fixed Assets Accounting, asset recognition, depreciation, retirement, transfer, and write-off.
➤Works as part of the accounting department to keep finances running smoothly
➤Keep documentation of all internal transactions
