Position: Japanese System Engineer - Integrated Lights-Out (iLO)
Company Industry: Global IT BPO Company
Account: Pioneer Account
Salary: Php 120,000 (Negotiable)
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 10Am-7pm)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌟 Filipino who speak Japanese and conversational English
🌟 Open to undergraduates or high school graduates
🌟 Tech Support background is the most important
🌟 Open to JLPT passer and non-passer (JLPT is not a requirement)
🌟 Open to Japanese national with permanent visa or Half Japanese
🌟 Must be able to work ASAP on Feb 03 2025
🌟 Can work in a pioneer Account
🌟 Has work experience in Technical Server Support (1 year to 5 years)
🌟 Understand server operations and server systems (Windows Server)
🌟 Knows basic server and Data Center Set Up
🌟 Knows how to troubleshoot switches and routers
🌟 Experience in RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) and ILO (Integrated Lights-Out)

KNOWS THE FOLLOWING:
✅ Integrated Lights Out (iLO)
✅ Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID)
✅ Server and computer components
✅ Rack – Mounted equipment
✅ Enterprise Server management
✅ Ticket handling and troubleshooting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌟 Work in a pioneer account of Japanese Team
🌟 This is a new account of Inhouse tech support for Fortune 500 Enterprise
🌟 This is B2C (most of inquiries are costumer related concerns)
🌟 Customers are coming from US, Japan and Japanese across the globe
🌟 Supporting and Troubleshooting enterprise level accounts for Fortune 500 companies in a Japanese Language queue
🌟 Handling various technical aspects of the client (server operations, server systems set-up, handling switches and routers, and network equipment
🌟 Resolves issues with hardware, software, and networks
🌟 Maintains network systems through regular testing and monitoring
🌟 Installs and assembles servers, racks, storage systems, and other equipment
🌟 Managing and monitoring all installed systems, servers, and infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools

🌟 No Technical and IT Assessment
🌟 Japanese interviews will be conducted by Japanese Stakeholder or Client
🌟 English is not important but the first interview is Filipino who speak English
🌟 Final interview is Japanese (No Japanese Writing Test)
