Position: Japanese Sales / Business Developer

Salary: Php 150,000 Gross - 300,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
✔ Must be Filipino who speaks Japanese language
✔ Open to JLPT Passers and Non Passer
✔ Conversational Japanese (similar to N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5 level)
✔ Experience working as Sales or BD from TOP LOGISTICS firm
✔ Bachelor's degree of any course
✔ Good English communication skills
✔ Having Sales and marketing background minimum of 6 months above
✔ Has worked with BIG PLAYERS in logistics industries
✔ A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this role
✔ Experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarding
✔ Skilled in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Experience in B2b Sales is needed for this role

Responsibilities:
✔ Planning, managing, and directing business development of Japanese Firm
✔ Become the main contact of Japanese companies
✔ Generate sales by providing excellent customer service and project management of PH based japanese firms.
✔ Customize packages and services based on Japanese client’s request
✔ Monitoring competitors' activities and pricing structures.
✔ Identifying areas for service enhancement.
✔ Conducting sales calls, visits, and service promotion.
✔ Coordinating with Japanese customers for long-term business.
✔ Creating and applying rates and tariffs.
✔ Building business connections with operations and international partners.
