Position: Japanese Customer Service Supervisor
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting (Flexible Schedule) - 2 Days Off
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (2 Days Off, 3 Days Work from Home or Vice Versa)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅️Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
✅️Open to N1 or N2 Level (JLPT is not a requirement)
✅️JLPT passers and Non Passer
✅️Open to Graduate or Undergraduate
✅️High School Graduate are welcome to apply
✅️At least 2 years and above experience in a BPO Industry
✅️With experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager
✅️Experience Handling People
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅️Responsible for Leading the Customer Service Agents
✅️Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution
✅️Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
✅️Conducts performance reviews of subordinates
✅️Collects and analyzes customer service department metrics
✅️Designs and implements training programs for the department
✅️Leads quarterly meetings with department heads
✅️Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
✅️Follow and implement all Information Security policies and related documents
