Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Php50,000 - Php60,000 (Package)
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🤝Workforce Planning and Management:
🤝Foster a culture of accountability and innovation within the team.
🤝Lead by example in hands-on workforce management tasks
🤝Develop creative, out-of-the-box strategies to address workforce challenges and enhance operational
efficiency.
🤝Willing to manage 24x7 workforce operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📢Years as a workforce manager within a BPO environment.
📢Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
📢Solid understanding of financial aspects related to workforce planning and cost management.
📢Strong MS Office Proficiency
📢Strong English written, verbal, and listening skills
📢Strong proficiency in building and managing complex reports and templates using tools such as
Excel, Power BI, or similar
