Position: Japanese Virtual Assistant (Powerpoint point Maker - Back Office)
Company Industry: BPO Company/Law Firm
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting (Rotational/Have graveyard shift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Filipino proficient in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
✅ JLPT N1, N2 N3 Passer or Non-Passer
✅ Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Any Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
✅ Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
✅ Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Produces, re-creates, edits, and layouts business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
✅ Translates content from Kanji to English and vice versa.
✅ Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free
✅ Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
✅ Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
