They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world.

Position: Portuguese Human Resource
Company Industry: Australian Shared Services
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 70, 000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Midshift (3:00 pm - 12:00 mn) | Nightshift (9:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Open to foreigner who speaks Portuguese and English language
➤Can speak English well
➤Bachelor's Degree in any courses
➤Must have work experience from 3 years above
➤Experience in HR Business Partners is a plus.
➤Must be willing to work in a Mid Shift or Nightshift
➤Must be able to work in Ortigas Site
➤No Age limit or gender preferences

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Coordinate and reporting to HR Leaders and stakeholders
➤Training and advising managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures.
➤Perform confidential investigations on policy violations, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
➤Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, such as issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
➤Prepare data and information for negotiations, such as. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing
