❇️Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino National proficient in Spanish and English language
✅Knowledgeable in Computer application
✅Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
✅Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✅Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
✅Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❇️Fixes user issues with computer hardware and software.
❇️Fields assist users with questions about software programming, connectivity, printing, and other ❇️related issues via phone, chat, email, and/or other correspondence.
❇️Determines the actions and processes used to locate and fix the issue by consulting with users.
❇️Assists users with diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures
❇️Perform other related tasks needed
