❇️Position: Spanish IT Support Engineer
❇️Company Industry: Shared Service
❇️Work Location: Rosario, Cavite
❇️Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000
❇️Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
❇️Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Open to any Foreign National proficient in Spanish with Permanent Visa
✅Proficient in Spanish and English Language
✅Knowledgeable in Computer application
✅Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
✅Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✅Willing to work onsite in Cavite
✅Can start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❇️Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
❇️Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
❇️Locating and fixing issues with software and hardware.
❇️Providing users with technical knowledge.
❇️Perform other related tasks needed
