Position: Spanish Technical Help Desk
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in Spanish and English Language
➤Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤Must have 1-year SPANISH BPO VOICE experience (REQUIRED)
➤Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and must be amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
➤ Install and configure hardware and software, including operating systems
➤Test and evaluate new technologies and perform electrical safety checks
➤Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
➤Perform other related tasks needed
