Company Profile: This company is an Insurance company. They are assisting their customers with regards to financial protection, investments, savings, and other financial related concerns. This company Helps people to make their lives easier and live comfortably.
Position: Spanish Customer Service Representative
Industry: Insurance Company
Location: Quezon City and Lapu-Lapu Cebu City
Salary: PHP 70,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Training period will work onsite 6-8 weeks | Production period work on a hybrid 2x a week)
Requirements:
❍ At least 2 years of college
❍ Filipino candidate that can Speak Spanish language.
❍ Open for Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
❍ BPO Experience is an advantage
❍ Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 30 words per minute.
❍ Amenable to work in Quezon City or Lapu-Lapu Cebu City
Responsibilities:
❍ Identify and assess customers concerns to provide customer service satisfaction
❍ Document and track significant participant discussions or complaints.
❍ Follow-up customer calls when necessary
❍ Assist customers with customer website related questions.
❍ Engage and connect with clients across the United States and Canada to provide product and services information and help resolve emerging concerns, using the Spanish language skills.
