A Japanese Globally company following Japanese standards with blueprints, producing modern 3D designs and styles of properties and buildings. This Interior design company is making a well known village in the Philippines.

Position: Japanese CAD Operator | Japanese CAD Reviewer
Company: Japanese Design Firm
Salary: P 70,000 to Php100,000 gross
Location: Makati City
Work Arrangement: Work Onsite
Working Schedule: 5 days a week (Sat and Sun off)

Requirements:
✔️Filipino who speak Japanese up to N1 to N2 Level.
✔️Open to Japanese National or Half Filipino half Japanese
✔️No gender preferences
✔️Can speak and understand Japanese and English.
✔️Knowledge in CAD software or architecture is a plus
✔️Preferably with working experiences
✔️Open to bachelors degree / college Level
✔️Willing to undergo paid training for several months, hoping that candidate could stay longer in our company
✔️Dedicated to work onsite in Makati

Job Responsibilities:
✔️Coordinate with Filipino employees based on Japanese request
✔️Collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects and Project Managers.
✔️Create housing permit documents in Japanese and process while coordinating with both Filipino staff and Japanese staff from the Japan office
✔️Effectively communicate between the Japanese counterparts and other related parties.
✔️Able to read architectural drawings in Japanese and how to use Japanese CAD software.
✔️Check accurate records for architectural documentations.
✔️Supports the Japanese and English communication across teams
