Position: Japanese Payroll Specialist
Location: Pasay City
Industry: Shared Services Industry

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100, 000
Schedule: Dayshift 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Mon-Fri)
Work set-up: Onsite work

Job Requirements
💜 Open to FIlipino who speak Conversational Japanese Language
💜 Open to Japanese nationals who are currently residing in the Philippines.
💜 Open to JLPT N1, JLPT N2, or JLPT N3 Passer or non passer
💜 JLPT Certificate is not required but good to have.
💜 Must be a bachelors graduate of any course.
💜 Has working experience in either Payroll, Finance, or Human Resources.
💜 Working before in a shared services industry or customer service industry is not required but an advantage.
💜 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
💜 Willing to be trained, enthusiastic, and detail oriented
💜 Willing to work in Pasay.
💜 Can start in May or June but if need to render, the start date may be adjusted.

Job Responsibilities:

💜 Handle payroll of Internal Japanese employees located globally
💜 Worked with Japan counterpart in payroll management
💜 Responsible for tax related inquiries from Japanese employees
💜 Processed payroll related tasks such as statutory deductions, terminations, processing of new hires, and auditing.
💜 Develop and provide various reports regarding payroll related challenges, issues, and progress.
💜 Main duty is to process payroll related inquiries for employees and Japanese stakeholders.
💜 Help in ensuring an effective and efficient process.
💜 Support and initiate resolution for problems encountered.
💜 Contribute positively to the company.
