Position: Portuguese Service Desk Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 85,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Proficient in Portuguese and English Language
At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
➤Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
➤Troubleshooting problems from clients and customer and assisting them well with their inquiry or concerns
➤Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
➤Perform other related tasks
