Position: Japanese Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: P 90, 000

Location: Laguna
Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday (5 days)
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am to 6pm)

Requirements:
Can speak, read and write Japanese
Filipino who can speak Japanese
Open to JLPT Passers and Non Passers
Open to candidates with conversational Japanese
Open to Japanese national with permanent visa or PH recognition
Graduate of any 4 year degree course / College Graduate
Open to N3, N2 or N1 (no JLPT Certificate needed)
Experience working as accounts payable in any company
Has exposure working as Accounts Payable either Japanese or non-Japanese work
Having background in Accounts Payable
Willing to work from home but needs to report 4 times in a year only (once in a quarter)

Duties:
Oversee end-to-end accounts payable process including processing, payment disbursement written in Japanese , and vendor communication with Japanese counterpart
Monitor and enforce accounts payable policies and procedures to enhance financial controls following Japan Account
Ensure timely and accurate recording of Japanese financial transactions in the accounting system
Conduct regular audits of accounts payable Japan related transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare and analyze Japanese aging reports to identify outstanding liabilities and manage cash flow effectively
