Position: Japanese Safety Operations Manager
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: P 120,000 to P 160,000 (still negotiable)
Locations: Taguig
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Day Off: Mondays- Fridays

Job Requirements:
🔎Filipino who can speak Japanese up to N1, N2, or N3 passer/ Non Passer.
🔎Graduate of any medical or pharmaceutical courses
🔎Open to Native Japanese or Japanese National
🔎Must be proficient in Japanese and English language.
🔎No age limit / No gender preferences
🔎Can conversely communicate in English language.
🔎Strictly Bachelor's Degree in any related courses, such as nursing or other life sciences courses.
🔎Must have advanced knowledge in Medical terminologies, including clinical processes with understanding of prevention of medicine-related risk (Pharmacovigilance Process).
🔎With proven interactions with the third-party counterpart is a plus.
🔎Relevant 3-5 years of experience in Safety, Clinical research is perfect.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

🔎Oversees and coordinates with safety vendors and internal teams regarding case preliminary assessment and processing.
🔎Coordinates and attends meetings with and supports deliverables with the Global Patient Safety team in relation to case processing.
🔎Collaborates with other internal teams (including clinical, medical, or regulatory) and external parties.
🔎Timely monitoring of the Global Patient Processes communicators.
🔎Ensure and identify areas of improvement and escalate appropriately.
🔎Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager or Head of GPS
