📍Japanese Pharmacovigilance Operations Manager
📍Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
📍Salary: P 120,000 to P 160,000 (still negotiable)
📍Locations: Taguig
📍Work Arrangement: Hybrid set up
📍Day Off: Mondays- Fridays

✨Job Requirements:
- Filipino who can speak Japanese up to N1, N2, or N3 passer/ Non Passer.
- Graduate of any medical or pharmaceutical courses
- Open to Native Japanese or Japanese National
- Must be proficient in Japanese and English language.
- No age limit / No gender preferences
- Can conversely communicate in English language.
- Strictly Bachelor's Degree in any related courses, such as nursing or other life sciences courses.
- Must have advanced knowledge in Medical terminologies, including clinical processes with understanding of prevention of medicine-related risk (Pharmacovigilance Process).
- With proven interactions with the third-party counterpart is a plus.
- Relevant 3-5 years of experience in Safety, Clinical research is perfect.

✨Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversees and coordinates with safety vendors and internal teams regarding case preliminary - - assessment and processing.
- Coordinates and attends meetings with and supports deliverables with the Global Patient Safety team in relation to case processing.
- Collaborates with other internal teams (including clinical, medical, or regulatory) and external parties.
- Timely monitoring of the Global Patient Processes communicators.
- Ensure and identify areas of improvement and escalate appropriately.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager or Head of GPS
