COMPANY PROFILE: This is one of the fastest growing online shopping in the Philippines. This E-commerce platform is known to ship products and items anywhere around the globe. This global Online Shopping firm shared services is hiring for Japanese speakers due to influx of customers orders needed to be shipped this season.
Position: Japanese Helpdesk Support (Online Shopping Helpdesk)
Account: Shipping and Delivery
Company Industry: Fastest-Growing E-Shopping in the Philippines
Work Location: Pasay City (Located near Mall of Asia)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Work Set-up: Onsite
Start Date: September 2025
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Filipino who is fluent in Japanese Language
✅ Can speak, read and write Japanese level (around N3, N2, N1 but JLPT not required)
✅ NO JLPT certificate needed
✅ Open to candidates with or without work experience
✅ Having a customer service background is a big advantage
✅ Open to high school graduates and undergraduates
✅ Candidate who is willing to extend great customer service to Japanese customers
✅ Candidates who are willing to do voice account since majority of the inquiries are calls (80% calls, 20% email and chat)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Answer delivery inquiries via calls, emails, and chats about packages
✅ Communicating with customers through various channels
✅ Update Japanese customer about their package location and status
✅ Provide shipping guaranteed arrivals and turd around times
✅ Answer inquiries about shipping rates, rates per size, and per location
✅ Answer calls about shipping options, International shipping, and bulk delivery
✅ Customers are from Japan and Japanese globally
✅ Provide a return status if the package was not successfully delivered
