Position: Japanese Software Developer (Spring Boot)
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Manila
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 150,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Shifting or Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan or other locations
✅ Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
✅ Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
✅ Must be able to speak basic English
✅ Open for College Graduates, Undergrad, Vocational, or High School Graduate
✅ Knowledge of web technologies such as Spring Boot, database management systems and SQL queries
✅ Experience in Spring Boot and building and deploying scalable applications
✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
✅ Willingness to work in any location within Metro Manila (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City)
✅ The salary is still open for Negotiation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Designing and implementing microservices which use the spring boot framework
✅ Working in compliance with the full Software Development Life Cycle
✅ Connecting microservices to interact with databases
✅ Identifying and finding solutions to bugs
✅ Ensure you've written adequate test cases to verify design requirements are being met
✅ Create well written documentation for the individual microservices
✅ Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
✅ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
