Position: Japanese Leader Instructor (JLPT N1, N2 Passer Only)
Industry: Language School
Salary: Php 50,000
Work Location: Marikina
Work Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday)
Working Set up: Work Onsite - DayShift
Job Requirements:
🌸 Open to Filipino with JLPT N1 and N2 Passer Only
🌸 At Least 2 year course in College
🌸 Open to Male and Female
🌸 40 years old below
🌸 Must be proficient in English Language
🌸 With a strong teaching background
🌸 Willing to work onsite
🌸 Willing to relocate in Marikina
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
🌸 Responsible for managing a team of instructors.
🌸 Ensuring high-quality language instruction.
🌸 Maintaining student satisfaction and progress.
🌸 Closely coordinating with Japan staff regarding training schedule, concerns about the curriculum
🌸 Conducting exit interview with the students
🌸 Creation of plans and counter measure to improve the teaching method
🌸 Conducting orientation of newly hired teachers
🌸 Communicate departmental needs and progress to school administration.
🌸 Promote the importance and value of Japanese language education within the institution
🌸 Foster a collaborative and supportive departmental culture through regular meetings and team-building initiatives.
🌸 Guide and support Japanese language teachers in lesson planning, classroom management
