COMPANY PROFILE: A Japanese IT Company specializing in System Development. They are delivering a quality service across different industries in IT, Retail, Banking, Finance, E-commerce and other companies.
Position: Japanese IT Project Manager
Company Industry: IT Testing Services
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 150,000 gross monthly
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
- JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer
- Knowledge of the IT industry, programming, and systems is required
- Must be able to communicate and understand Filipino and Japanese customs, perspectives and corporate culture
- With at least 1 year and above experience as an IT Project Manager
- With strong communication, adaptability, problem-solving, organizational abilities and results-oriented mindset
- Must be capable of taking responsibility for their team or department and offering apologies when needed.
- Experience using automation tools for software testing is a big advantage
ISTQB certification is a big advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily
- Responsible to resolve conflicts, addressing issues and implementing improvements
- Ensure stable collaboration and communication on all levels
- Attend meetings, communicate with the team and stakeholders or clients, check emails and oversee the project management tools
- Empower and motivate their team to move ahead by creating schedules, prioritizing work, ensuring the project's progress is running smoothly and effectively.
- Responsible for the team's overall success and the project as a whole.
