Position: Japanese Software Engineer (Java, Python)
Company Industry: Global Payment Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 150,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift/Midshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3 Days work onsite | 2 Days work from home)

📌JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
- JLPT N1 - N3 Passer or Non-Passer
- Must have a technical language and knowledge of Java, Python
- Knowledge on Splunk and TCP Packet level analysis, Windows Servers, PowerShell Scripts,
- Payment Gateways like Zengin is a big advantage, but not required
- With working experiences as a Software or System Engineer
- Payments industry experience, including knowledge of payments regulations

📌JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
- Document software designs and code
- Provide hands-on support for the runtime operation of applications
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
- Collaborate with software engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve runtime issues
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis efforts to ensure the stability and resilience of the applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the application architecture and provide input on runtime and operational requirements early in the software development lifecycle
