• Korean National can speak English living in the Philippines
• Must be a permanent visa holder or 13A Visa

• Assist customer hotel related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures

• Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
