This is a Pioneer branch in the country.
Position: Japanese Marketing Associate

Work Location: Makati City
Salary: P 50,000 - P 150,000 (Max is P 190,000)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌸 Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
🌸 Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
🌸 Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
🌸 Good English Communication Skills
🌸 Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Marketing, but any course is also welcome to apply
🌸 No work experience required because training is provided
🌸 Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager
🌸 With Strong mindset and potentials
🌸 Potential, Motivation, and aggressiveness are the TOP PRIORITIES
Job Requirements:
🌸 Tasked with organizing the event, as well as handling postings in primers and advertisements and other platforms.
🌸 Responsible for developing effective strategies to attract potential Japanese and Local clients
🌸 Concentrate on enhancing the company's brand to appeal to Japanese clients through marketing tactics such as social media and advertising.
🌸 Focus on ensuring a positive and engaging experience for Japanese clients throughout the entire process.
🌸 Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs, generating reports to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
