🌷 Fixed transportation allowance of Php 4,500 (this will be prorated for the days absent)
🌷 For regular employees, the following benefits also apply:
🌷 HMO for the employee
🌷 10 paid leave per year
🌷 These are generic leaves you can use for vacation, sickness, etc.
🌷 This will be prorated depending on the regularization date
🌷 For every 3 years that the employee has stayed with the company, the latest version of the iPhone is lent to the employee.
🌷 The iPhone is returned upon resignation
🌷 Every 3 years thereafter, the old iPhone will be returned to the company and the latest version of iPhone will be lent again

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌷 JLPT N1-N3 Passer
🌷 Open for Native Japanese with Permanent Visa
🌷 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
🌷 Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer or similar role.
🌷 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
🌷 Strong knowledge and experience in design principles and practices.
🌷 Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
🌷 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
🌷 Experience with back-end development and integration.
🌷 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
🌷 Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌷 Responsible for developing, and maintaining the user interface of our web applications
🌷 You will play a crucial role in organizing and leading our future front-end team
🌷 Will work closely with our back-end developers.
🌷 Develop and implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
🌷 Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
🌷 Lead and mentor the front-end team.
🌷 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
🌷 Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
