Requirements:
❍ Open for both Native and Non-Native German Speakers
❍ Proficient in German and English
❍ Bachelor Degree holder
❍ Customer Service experience is an advantage
❍ Knowledge in foreign exchange is a plus

Responsibilities:
❍ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
❍ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
❍ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
❍ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
❍ Communicating with customers through various channels.
❍ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
