Position: Vietnamese Speaking Data Analyst (Free Visa Processing)

Requirements:
✔ Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Vietnamese language
✔ Customer Service experience is a plus
✔ Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4 year course
✔ Open for Fresh graduates
✔ Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
Job Duties:
✔ Responsible in translating Finance documents such as invoices and billings from Vietnamese to English and vise versa
✔ Monitor and review assigned portfolio and report the status of account handled
✔ Responsible in collecting the receivable and pending promises payment by contacting the customers via calls, email and chats
✔ Ensures that all the records are updated and accurate in the system
