A Contact Center firm dedicated to providing intelligent, customer focused IT solutions that support companies' expansion and adaptation in a variety of sectors.
Position: Japanese Quality Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Taguig City
Salary: up to Php 90,000
Work Schedule: Rotational Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• JLPT N2-N1 Passer or Level
• Open to undergraduates (must be at least a Senior High School graduate)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• lived/stayed/worked in Japan for at least 3 years
• Has used the Japanese language for at least 2 years in a professional work setting
• Open to no QA experience as long as with strong BPO CSR experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors all interactions (calls, emails, Salesforce logs, XL sheets) and ensures accuracy of the same with on-time/immediate feedback to the floor.
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration/training sessions for call center staff.
• Publishes quality trends, feedback and improvement / enhancement reports to the Verisk team.
• Conduct quality monitoring and coaching
• Deal tactfully and courteously with clients
• Produce Quality reports and dashboards such as TNI, Pareto etc.
• Drive process improvement and ensure process compliance.
• Contribute to the development of the short and long term goals of the process.
• Ensure quality and CSAT targets are met at all times.
• Drive first call resolution and quality initiatives in the program.
