Position: Japanese Software Developer (Java Enterprise Edition)
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Manila
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 150,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Shifting or Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan or other locations
➤ Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
➤ Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
➤ Must be able to speak basic English
➤ Open for College Graduates, Undergrad, Vocational, or High School Graduate
➤ Knowledge of web technologies such as Java Enterprise Edition, Database Management Systems and SQL
➤ Experience with handling Java Enterprise Edition
➤ Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle.
➤ Willingness to work in any location within Metro Manila (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City)
➤ The salary is still open for Negotiation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business process and application needs.
➤ Design and develop high-quality applications using Java Enterprise Edition, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
➤ Create technical specifications and design documents, outlining the architecture and functionality of the applications.
➤ Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
➤ Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
➤ Gather and Analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications.
➤ Design develops, test, implement and maintain application system or web-based applications
