Position: Japanese HR Operation Team Leader
Industry: Pharmaceutical Company
Location: Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: P 70,000 - P 90,000 Basic + LP
Work set-up: Hybrid (twice a week in the office)
Requirement:
✔️Can speak, read and rewrite Japanese language
✔️JLPT N1-N2 Passer or level
✔️With at least of 2 years experience in HR Operations and People Management.
✔️Experience in contact centre is an advantage but not required
✔️Open for graduate or undergraduate
✔️Willing to work in Alabang.
Responsibilities:
✔️Responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting (coaching, assisting, training & answering queries)
✔️Analyses process- and system-errors and solves and/ or forwards those issues or any other query according to the activity split between HR Direct and 2nd support teams.
✔️Acts as the first point of contact for the target community for designated HR services within the region.
✔️Processes incoming queries (either via call or eMail) from Japan and clarifies open questions related to HR services.
✔️Will b e working directly to HR Directors and Business Partners to ensure that Operational Processes are aligned with the needs of each region or Country.
✔️You will be responsible for complaint processing and escalation if necessary.
