This Japan based consulting firm focuses on training, employee engagement, Business transformation and employee retention of Japanese companies based in the country. This is a Pioneer branch in the country.
Position: Japanese Sales Associate
Industry: Japanese HR consulting firm
Location: Makati City
Salary: P 50,000 - P 150,000 (Max is P 190,000)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌸 Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
🌸 Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
🌸 Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
🌸 Good English Communication Skills
🌸 Graduate of any 4 year course (Any course is okay)
🌸 No work experience required because training is provided
🌸 Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager
🌸 With Strong mindset and potentials
🌸 Potential, Motivation and aggressiveness are the TOP PRIORITIES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌸 Oversee sales data management and generate reports.
🌸 Provide administrative support to the Management
🌸 Manage sales data and create reports
🌸 Evaluate leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
🌸 Work with marketing to enhance sales strategies.
