🥇Position: Japanese Accounts Payable Specialist
🥇Industry: Publishing Shared Services
🥇Salary: Php 75,000 - 90,000
🥇Work Location: Quezon City
🥇Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule / Arrangement
🥇Working Set up: Hybrid (3x onsite in the office per month)
Job Requirements:
🥇Open to both Japanese National, Half Filipino, Half Japanese, or Pure Filipino who knows Japanese Language.
🥇Intermediate to Advanced reading and writing proficiency in Japanese
🥇No JLPT certification requirement
🥇Bachelor’s degree
🥇Work in relation to accounts payable or procure to pay is a must
🥇Experience with major enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft.
🥇Invoicing and Tax Guidelines Knowledge
🥇Ability to work under pressure and within an environment of constant change
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
🥇Perform and oversee end-to-end accounts payable process including processing, payment disbursement written in Japanese, and vendor communication with Japanese counterpart
🥇Enforce accounts payable policies, tax guidelines, and invoicing processes and procedures.
🥇Ensure timely and accurate recording of Japanese financial transactions in the accounting system
🥇Perform regular audits of accounts payable Japan related transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
