JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🌸 Filipino who speaks Japanese
🌸 Filipino who is around N1 Level
🌸 Japanese National with permanent visa
🌸 No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
🌸 Can use Japanese and English at the same time
🌸 Open for Graduates or Undergraduates
🌸 Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
🌸 With customer service experience is a great advantage
🌸 Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🌸 Respond to customer’s inquiries and technical concerns through emails and chats using Japanese and English
🌸 Assist customers' service concern through email or chat (e.g. playlist, features, troubleshooting and subscription inquiries)
🌸 Assist customers in cancellation of premiums and in changing customer personal details
🌸 Explain the difference of premium members from regular members
🌸 Handle concerns of account users regarding paid accounts, payment issues
🌸 Perform other related task needed
