Position: Japanese Strategic Customer Associate
Company Industry: Japanese IT Consulting Company
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◾ JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer
◾ Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s / college degree, preferably from any office-related course
◾ Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted
◾ At least one (1) year of work experience in customer support, customer services, or other related work is preferred for this position but not required
◾ Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
◾ Service-oriented and Demonstrate sound work ethics and maintain standards of
conduct
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◾ Answering inquiries from clients regarding their account status, transactions, trades,
withdrawal and deposit etc. thru email and chat.
◾ Informing other staffs for the current campaign and how it works.
◾ Endorsement to all department regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work
◾ Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious emails)
◾ Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc, and report
them immediately to team leader and/or superiors
◾ Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird
◾ Send proper emails regarding tasks specifically created by superiors/team leaders
◾ Responsible for the handling manual withdrawal process.
