Position: Japanese SuccessFactors Core HR Package Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central)
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🤎Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
🤎Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
🤎Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
🤎JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
🤎Implementation experience and deep knowledge in Success Factors
🤎Has experience in delivering complex Success Factors engagements, including all phases of the project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live
🤎Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors products
🤎With working experience in the required SAP skills for at least 1 year and above
🤎Willingness to work in both main sites, which are in Manila or Cebu
🤎The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
🤎Applicants located in Japan or in any locations can apply
🤎Salary is Highly Negotiable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🤎Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business requirements and design effective solutions within the Employee Central module
🤎Deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, and application design and management to leading sector organizations
🤎Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR applications
🤎Responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilizes SuccessFactors to support business needs
🤎Improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement
🤎Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment to achieve the client's expected business results
