🔍Japanese Research Specialist ( Work From Home + 3 days off)
🔍Industry: Publishing Shared Services
🔍Salary: Php 85,000 above
🔍Work Location: Quezon City
🔍Work Schedule: Midshift - (Mondays & Thursdays – 12pm-10pm) and Dayshift (Tuesdays & Wednesdays – 8am-6pm)
🔍Day Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
🔍Working Set up: Work From Home

Job Requirements:
🔍Must be JLPT N1- N2 Passer only
🔍Intermediate to Advanced reading and writing proficiency in Japanese
🔍Bachelor’s degree
🔍Strong English communication skills
🔍Must have experience in research, data quality and analysis (preferably as Bilingual analyst)
🔍Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
🔍Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams consisting of US and International-based employees, as well as customer resources in multiple locations and time zones
🔍Ability to provide detailed information and along with the ability to summarize effectively for Management
🔍Ability to work under pressure and within an environment of constant change

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
🔍Responsible for performing web-based research on technology driven corporations and institutions.
🔍Responsible for processing companies whose patent records/ information are in Japanese.
🔍Responsible in providing answers to Japanese-related patent questions coming from the Harmonization Team
🔍Conduct in-depth internet research to achieve data quality in patents globally with additional focus on identifying, understanding, and accurately processing Japanese documents/ information
🔍Identify patent ownership based on extensive research on corporate structure, M&A, Spin-offs, company name changes, and patent transactions
🔍Conduct quality control measures to ensure data is highly accurate and reliable
🔍Responsible for validating, updating and verifying customer information in the Harmonizer Tool
🔍Ensure updates or changes in customer database are accurate and are meeting quality standards
🔍Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and team members to foster collaboration
🔍Ensure data standards and SLAs are met
