Position: Mandarin Travel Specialist
Industry: BPO – Airline Account
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 consecutive days off
Salary: Php 90,000 – Php 100,000
Work Setup: On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English
✅ Open to undergraduates and bachelor’s degree holders
✅ At least 1 year of BPO experience is a strong advantage
✅ Experience in a travel agency or any customer-facing role is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Handle inbound calls from customers regarding flight rescheduling inquiries
✅ Assist customers with seat changes, cancellations, meal add-ons, and booking-related requests
✅ Communicate professionally with Chinese VIP passengers, including Business Class travelers
✅ Ensure accurate processing of requests while delivering excellent customer service
✅ Comply with airline policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
