One of the leading Travel Companies in Japan has expanded its operation and market in the Philippines. One of the most preferred travel providers of Japanese firms and companies in the Philippines. They shared services and operations are currently in Taguig and Cebu.
Position: Japanese Sales and Operations Officer
Salary: P80,000 - P100,000
Industry: Tourism and Travel Tours
Location: Cebu
Work Schedule: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Days Off: Weekends
What are the qualifications to become a Sales Admin?
✅Open to Japanese National who is willing to work in the Philippines
✅Half Japanese whose Japanese proficiency is near native is welcome to apply
✅Open to work in Cebu Philippines
✅Born and raised in Japan is an preferred
✅Having English in conversational level (Japanese is main language)
What are the responsibilities of the Sales Admin (Japanese Language)?
✅Do ocular visit of Japanese Hotels and Philippine resorts for familiarization
✅Provide a quotation that fit their preference as a Japanese client
✅Talk to Mostly Japanese Managers or Employees availing the Travel agency’s service
✅Attend meetings with Japanese Managers who would like to partner with the travel agency
✅Provide Japanese and English proposal and explain the services
✅Attend meetings if necessary, Reply to all emails and messages about your packages
✅Customize tour packages depending on Japanese client’s request
Send email to all Japanese companies who would like to have out of the country travels
✅Answer questions about hotel accommodation, Airline, Hotel rates and car rental
