Japanese Quality Healthcare and Medical Center located in Cebu. This Japanese quality healthcare center provides 24/7 and timely health assistance to Japanese and foreigners located in Cebu. This wellness center expanded in the Philippines while having a strong brand in Singapore, Philippines, Japan and other countries. This clinic has Japanese doctors, Medicines from Japan, Japanese consultation and even a Japanese medical help desk and emergency line.

Position: Japanese Admin / Helpdesk / Medical Interpreter
Industry: Japanese Medical and wellness center
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 75,000
Location: Cebu City
Schedule: Dayshift (9AM to 6PM)
Working Days: 5 days a week

Job Requirements:
➡️Open to Japanese National
➡️Open to JLPT N1 and N2 Passers/Level
➡️No JLPT Certificate required
➡️Degree holder of any course and Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
➡️Must have Clinical Background or experience
➡️Confident in translation/interpretation in Medical terms
➡️Confident in speaking and has ability to do customer service
➡️Ability to understand patient and client’s need and medical assistance
➡️Ability to express their thoughts to assist Japanese customers
➡️Ability to identify the medical concerns of the Japanese patient
➡️Can handle appointment set up with customers and Japanese patient

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
➡️Interpretation between Japanese patients and doctors and vice versa.
➡️Become the Japanese help desk the medical center and wellness
➡️Answer inquiries and Welcome Japanese walk in patients and customers
➡️Coordinate with Japanese doctors for schedule and appointments
➡️Provide Doctor schedule and available time for check ups and appointments
➡️Approve schedule request and assist Japanese customers after check up
➡️Answer inquiries about health card requirements and online payments
➡️Talk to the Japanese patient about their medical concerns for appropriate tests, doctor, medical expertise needed.
➡️Remind Japanese Customers about upcoming Online or F2f consultation
➡️Answer inquiries about online consultation and online reservation
➡️Work as interpreter for Japanese patient and doctors or vice versa
➡️Ensure that patients and customer are satisfied during medical consultation
