Position: Japanese General Manager
Company Industry: Japanese manufacturing Firm
Work Location: Cavite, Philippines
Salary: P80,000 - P120,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (Upon negotiation)

Requirements:
✅A Japanese National who is willing to work in the Philippines.
✅Conversational English
✅Experiences in manufacturing activities (production, warehouse, inventory)
✅With work experience as a Manager or with leadership experience.
✅Must have management experience and knowledge in handling a team.
✅Bachelor degree graduate of any course but related courses such as Engineering is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
✅Manage the Japanese firm’s daily manufacturing activities, including production, warehousing, and inventory management
✅Over-all control with Japanese and Filipino Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Supervisors and workers
✅Implementing strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
✅Hire and mentor Japanese and Filipino staffs
✅Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
✅Represent the company in negotiations with Japanese suppliers, vendors, and clients.
