COMPANY PROFILE: One of the top global enterprises in the professional services sector. It has been operating for more than 30 years in the industry. They have offices in America, Europe, and Asian countries, including the Philippines. They are currently looking for a Japanese Speakers who will help them manage their Japanese clients and improve their operations or services.
Position: Japanese SAP FICO Associate (Open to Fresh Graduate)
Company Industry: Accounting Firm
Work Location: Taguig City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 50,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Set-up: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite (RTO)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅ JLPT N1-N3 Passer/Level (JLPT Cert is not a requirement)
✅ Proficient in writing and speaking in English
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or any related course
✅ Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
✅ CPA certified for Accountancy graduates is a big advantage
✅ Knowledge of the SAP background is a plus
✅ Willing to be trained in SAP Functions or Modules
✅ Knowledge in computer and software applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Responsible for supporting business users, managing system-related activities, and project requirements.
✅ Responsible for guiding the users to build processes and adopt best practices, implementing change requests, and ensuring alignment according to the SAP FICO design.
✅ Work with the team and the Japanese client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and addresses the performance improvement needs in the engagement
✅ Assisting in gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and documenting technical/functional specifications
✅ Responsible for understanding complex information systems and applying them to client situations
