Job Requirements:
✨Graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related 4-year course.
✨At least 6 months to 1 year experience in HR records, HRIS, master data, or payroll administration.
✨Knowledgeable in HR systems such as SAP, HIVE, payroll systems, or related platforms.
✨Experience working in a Manufacturing Company is an advantage.
✨Willing to start ASAP and work onsite in FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Key Responsibilities:
✨Responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable employee records and HR master data within the company’s HR systems.
✨Handles personnel movements, records management, data validation, and documentation to ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient HR operations.
✨Manage and secure physical and digital 201 employee files while strictly adhering to data privacy and compliance standards.
✨Generate standard or ad-hoc HR metrics for performance tracking, compliance reviews, and workforce planning.
✨Assist employees and management with HR database navigation, access troubleshooting, and documentation inquiries.
