Position: HR Labor Relations

Salary Offer: Php 25,000 - Php 28,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Set Up: Work on Site

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, or related field.
✨With at least 2-3 years of experience in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Associate Relations (AR), or Industrial Relations (IR).
✨Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and HR policies/procedures.
✨With driver’s license is an advantage.
✨Willing to start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
✨Responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of company policies, rules, and regulations to ensure employee discipline, workplace harmony, and industrial peace
✨Investigating, documenting, and resolving employee complaints or disputes to prevent escalation.
✨Acting as the bridge between company management and labor unions to negotiate wages, benefits, and working conditions.
