JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Graduate of any Engineering course or related technical field.
● 1–2 years of experience in document control, engineering support, or manufacturing administration
● Strong attention to detail, disciplined in following processes, excellent communication across departments, and consistent in follow-ups
● Skilled in maintaining and controlling engineering documents (e.g., drawings, work instructions, 4M documents, sampling data)
● Preferably based in Laguna (Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Cabuyao, or Canlubang)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Keep engineering documents organized and updated (drawings, work instructions, 4M documents, sampling data).
● Support engineering and manufacturing teams with document control and process tracking.
● Monitor 4M changes, sample approvals, and mold transfers to ensure smooth operations.
● Follow company processes carefully and maintain confidentiality of all records.
● Communicate clearly with different departments and follow up on pending tasks.
● Prepare simple reports and trackers for document status and approvals.
