JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder of Human Resource, Psychology, Business or any related course.
✨With at least 1 -2 yeas of experience in HR field.
✨Willing to work on site Calamba, Laguna
✨With experience working in Japanese Manufacturing Company.
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
✨Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
✨Handle government-mandated benefits and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes), including timely remittance and reporting.
✨Monitor and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
✨Ensure compliance with labor laws, government requirements, and company policies in all HR-related activities.
