JOB REQUIREMENTS
📍Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
📍Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or similar roles, preferably within the consumer electronics, appliance, or HVAC industry.
📍Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key decision-makers.
📍Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret market trends and convert insights into strategic actions.
📍Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
📍Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex client needs and product-related concerns.
📍Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
📍Certifications in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or related disciplines are an advantage.
📍Willing to travel for fieldwork, client visits, and dealer support activities.
📍Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
📍Identify and assess new product and business opportunities within the Room Air Conditioner (RAC) category across key market segments, with a strong focus on corporate accounts, to help drive sustainable sales growth.
📍Conduct customer mapping, market penetration analysis, and competitor benchmarking to strengthen product positioning and improve market presence.
📍Lead market research and sensing activities to gather insights on customer needs, technology advancements, and emerging trends relevant to RAC products.
📍Develop customized product proposals, value-selling materials, and pricing strategies based on customer requirements and market competitiveness.
📍Provide support to the Sales team during negotiations, client meetings, technical product discussions, solution presentations, and deal-closing activities to achieve revenue targets.
