Position: German IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Nuvali, Laguna
Salary: Php 90,000 + Allowances & Performance Bonus
Work Schedule: Mid-Shift ( 3:00PM - 12:00MN PH time)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
⦿ Filipino national who can speak, read and write in German Language
⦿ Bachelors degree or undergraduates are welcome to apply
⦿ Technical experience are big advantage but not required
⦿ Open for career shifters
⦿ Willing to relocate and work in Laguna
⦿ No experience needed in German.

Job Responsibilities:
⦿ Handle customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
⦿ Provide technical assistance and support to users in German and English.
⦿ Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
⦿ Assist users with system access, password resets, software installation, and configuration.
⦿ Stay updated on company systems, applications, and IT support procedures.
