Position: German Credit and Collections Analyst

Job Requirements:
⦿ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German Language
⦿ Open for Foreign Nationals with permanent residence in the Philippines
⦿ Bachelor's degree graduate of Finance and Accounting or any related course
⦿ Financial or Accounting experience is a plus but not required
⦿ With customer service experience preferably in BPO or call center

Job Responsibilities:
⦿ Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding balances.
⦿ Contact customers regarding overdue invoices through phone, email, or written correspondence.
⦿ Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and account issues.
⦿ Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection status reports.
⦿ Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and reduce overdue receivables.
⦿ Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely.
