JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Graduate of Psychology, Office Management or any Business course.
✨ At least 2 years of experience in manpower supervision.
✨ At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits processes
✨Willing to attend a face to face interview.
✨Can start as soon as possible


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Oversee and evaluate administrative functions and contracted services to ensure timely and proper delivery of outputs.
✨ Maintain and update administrative policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
✨ handle internal, customer, and government audits with necessary corrective actions.
✨ Prepare and analyze management, group, and government reports to support accurate data-driven decision-making.
